K2’s proposed Sutherland State Significant Development brings together 360 apartments across three towers, including 54 affordable homes, with a new full line Coles supermarket, retail and commercial spaces.

Delivered in two stages, the project will provide much needed housing choice for Sutherland’s growing population, supported by extensive resident amenities including a pool, gym, wellness facilities and landscaped communal spaces. A new public plaza and streetscape improvements will contribute to a more vibrant, connected town centre. 

The project demonstrates K2’s approach to integrated urban renewal, with staging designed to maintain Coles’ operations throughout construction. Planning approval is anticipated in early 2027, subject to assessment.
